What is pressure rating on cap for 1990 740T?? 150KPa?

Problem is 150KPa is about 21psi which is higher than my stupid old Stant cooling system pressure tester goes (goes to 19 psi but 21 is arguably on the dial, just off the scale...)

Also, I tried testing my cap against the same 150KPa cap on the 87 760T and the 87 released at about 21 psi...mine released prob about 24....

Normally I wouldn't cavil but mine is losing coolant and although I've fixed the two leaks (one at the thermostat outlet/radiator hose..tighten clamp dummy!, the other at the radiator to expansion tank hose...OEM spring clamp not) I would much prefer a 125KPa or 17psi cap....

Maybe the dealer has a lower rated cap....I'll worry about excess coolant overflow next summer, never had a problem with the nissens three row radiator in DC/MD/VA.
