Actually, the guy (victim) was a bit of a hermit, with few close family or friends, who was also said to have had money problems...didn't spend it on cars, we know...

...anyway, according to my lawyer friend...she's pretty sure I can get the car if I want it and the distant family woudl be happy to be done with it...after all, would YOU want a 15 yo car that your relative was killed and sat in for 4 days at 85f?
