Air horns for dcoe webers 140-160

Howdy folks,
Seems I've been reading that airhorns are rather important for the side draft webers. I ain't got any on mine, and...well, just sorta curious. Must say that the car has been running great the last few weeks.

When I got the carbs, they came with a pair of ~1" thick K&N filters, and I don't reckon the horns woulda fit in there, but I've since got new filters that are 2.5 or 3" thick, so I ought to be able to fit 'em. Will I notice a difference? Good place to source them? Will I be able to attach 'em with the oval type KN filters?

Thanka!
-Matt
