142e not charging, HELP! 140-160

I found the problem!!

pulled off the external voltage regulator (bosch), opened it up and it was like sand in there, all rusted and coroded. the points were burnt, it was amazing I had been driving around on it like that. Got a new one (40 bux) and jumped it. Charges like new. Thanks for all your help guys, i really appreciate it. I've got a garage full of 140 stuff if you're looking for something let me know. I have to post some pictures of my 142e. thanks again guys
