Clogged Fuel Pump? 120-130 1964

I think that you have a good tip, Daily_131, to use something OTHER than petrol/gasoline when testing gas pumps.

In this summer's visits to the local burn unit I asked what the most common cause of burns was. (Other than stupidity -- and I am speaking for myself.)
Answer: Gasoline. :-(

A note: you suggested using liquid paraffin, which is called, on the west side of the pond, kerosene. (Took me years to figger it out. Duh!)

Maybe diesel fuel/no. 2 fuel oil would do as well?
