B18 distributor 120-130

Greetings o sages of the B18
I have just got a new toy, a 66 121 which sat in a garage from 1970 until 2002, the body and interior are therefor excellent, all the little things work and its nice and straight, genuine 65000 miles, when it was put back on the road in England a few questionable things were done to it, it was a B18A auto, the head was changed < not sure what too but its not a 44mm one, the cam was changed to a D, twin SU's were fitted, it has a big flat spot from idle to about 3000 revs, I would guess the needles are not quite right, but also the B18A distributor may be inappropriate, having stripped many old Volvo's I have a large collection, can the panel suggest an appropriate model.
Regards
Hans
