air mass, oxygen sensor, computer ??? 700 1989

89 turbo wagon, did tune up, cap, rotor, wires, plugs, + oxygen sensor and air mass metor.
car would start up and stall until it was warmed up, then it would idle eractly. also I did change the idle control valve. ok, with the new air mass metor the car idles and runs great, untill the turbo starts then the car wants to nose dive, bucks alittle then finally once up in the rpms take off pretty good. Now if I put back on the old air mass metor, the car still idles like crap, rockin and rolling, but when you step on it, the car screams in the high rpms, runs great until back to idle. I did disconnect the battery and computer for 24hrs, hoping the computer would just start over obtaining new info with new sensors. I have two other wagons, swapped there air mass metors and they work a little bit better on this car then the new one, but still, it doesn't scream like with the original bad idle air mass metor that was on the car, any thoughts
