Volvo World Euro side flashers 200

Has anyone purchased the side flashers from Volvo World's lights catalog? Am I right in understanding that the full kit (everything I need for BOTH sides, except for tools) can be had for $64 (includes S&H)?

Where do they get these parts? (More importantly, do they appear to be quality kits?) Are they ripped off Saab junkers (my previous understanding as to how they were gotten for DIYers), or are they the kits that were used for the Euro Volvos with side flashers?

I mean, this offer seems like a really great deal. Considering that I know of no nearby junkyards, and even then you've got to get lucky and find a car with good lights that can fit on the Volvo, it appears to me I'd do well to buy from Volvo World to install side flasher lights.
