740 GLE 700 1986

Hi Good day everyone,

I do have a problem with my 86 740 GLE non turbo. My car will start and idle for a few minutes when you first start the car and then it will die. Start it agin it will start and idle and then a few seconds it will die. I've asked one of my friend who knows about car and told me that it might be my fuel pump. Is the fuel pump on this vehicle in tank ir inline?

Somebody experience the same issues that I have with their 740. I surely appreciate you guys help.
