240 convertible 200

I saw an example of a 240 convertible in the pictures section, I'm looking for instructions or advice on how to do this. I've seen a couple of these at this point and have now gotten the bug to do one myself. I would be doing this to a 244 not a 242 but would still need advice on how to reinforce the body, and install the top, how to deal with the piller and where to put the seat belt. Though I can also see adding a cross bean to the center pillar much like on some jeeps and small cars that I've seen which could take care of some reinforcement. Any advice besides not to do it and what tro watch for would be appreciated. -Russ
