Rear end parking lot rattles — Bilstein Tourings at fault??? 900 1993

Seems like there was a recent post saying the bushing sleeves are slightly over size, allowing play between mounting bolt and sleeve. But I couldn't find it with the Search feature.

All 4 bolts feel tight, but the rattles on choppy pavement are getting more annoying by the day.

Who was it that used stainless shim stock for this problem?
