defrost 700 1989

This isn't an issue with the defroster which seems to work fine but with the fact that I seem to get frost on the inside of my car during the day when it is parked outside at work- other cars parked at same time- nothing me the windsheild and side windows are covered in frost so thick I have to scrape it- of course being on the inside it is a pita and I have to use a credit card. The car is usually only occupied by the driver who doesn't eat in the car or drink in it, nor do I have an aquarium or terrarium so why is it seemingly so humid ? I can run the defrost and it clears them after 15 minutes or so but this is anoying and embarrasing. Any ideas ??
