You may have a temp sensor that is reading high or low and thus the car is using an improper fuel mixture. Aside from that, double check your IAC Valve for proper operation (make sure the new unit is working ok).

Otherwise, I'd suspect a vacuum leak or a Fuel Pressure Regulator that's starting to leak a tiny bit...
