cold idle.. help needed !! 200 1989

I don't own a 240 anywhere near that new, so I've never tried to pull codes from one. But if you look at the 700/900 FAQ you'll see what the box looks like and what the codes mean.

All you've proved by putting your hand in front of the AMM screen is that you're getting too much air or too little fuel. There are lots of reasons this could be the case. Also it wouldn't hurt to go searching for intake leaks. Maybe there's a big gash in your intake hose, an old intake manifold, cracked vacuum hoes, etc.
