Used Engine Swap, what should I expect? 200

Well, it was only a few weeks ago that I was privlaged to find my 91 240 started a rod knock which turned out to be the last piston knocking from a bad rod bearing. My mechanic has completed replacing my old motor (200k) with a used (120k) motor in good condition. I would like to ask what experiences others have had with an engine swap? What things should I now look out for?

Feeling like my car has had a heart transplant I wonder if I should ever consider the car the same. However, it seems to now be running better then before with more power.

Thanks for any insight on this... didn't find too much in archive.

Matt
