240 wagon Manual Overdrive not working 200 1985

Bought my first manual Volvo (after a 740 and 760) a So-Cali 240 wagon that needs some help. Overdrive doesnt engage. The light on the dash never lights up. Tried pulling all the way back in 4th, still doesnt light up.

Im suspecting that it's the OD relay.. Ive ordered a new one, but where the heck is the relay hidden?
