740 GLE Steering Rack, part that holds it to the frame broken 700

Hi, my steering component functions very well, my only problem is that when I apply the brakes it moves and shutters...

Can anyone tell me if there is anyway I can attach it with a ...metal band and bolt it down and expect that it holds and stops vibrating when I brake, or is this a case of changing the rack for $500 to 600.

I will appreciate all suggestions.
