Compression Test...190 psi?!? 700

Hello..Just did a compression test on my 85 B230F. Did it almost according to the FAQ, didn't put the throttle to the floor, pulled the #1 fuse( engine control, Fuel pump) to get rid of spark and fuel.Had all 4 plugs out and performed the test as such.

I read 190 - 192 psi straight across all four..I understand this is a little high. As far as carbon being the culprit, I have my doubts as a 11,000km. round trip this august would have helped clean it out, as well, it is taken care of as far as clean oil, deposit cleaning, aggressive driving, etc.

The only thing I can think of is the engine wasn't hot when I did the test..lukewarm is a better way to describe the state it was in. Could this affect the test??

Is a high reading like that , bad?? Opinions gratefully recieved! Thanks, Josh
