turbocharger rebuilding parts/ blueprints of 240? 200

Howdy,

I'm wondering if there is somewhere I could purchase parts to rebuild my old turbocharger. Also, any recommendations of heat-resistent finishes to make it look "pretty"? One more thing, If anyone has access to or has some blueprints of a 240 stored, could I possible receive a scan of them? What I mean by blueprints is the dimension drawings you sometimes find with technical information displayed such as heighth, width, wheelbase, etc. Any help is mucho appreciado.
