bleeding to death-brakes 200

hi there. i am a moron. (ask me how i know). 86 244. when bleeding i must of ruined the master cylinder. but i have clear fluid throughout the system with no air bubbles. and the pedal will not pump up.then i read when i put a new master cylinder on i have to bleed it and i understand that procedure.after bleeding the master cylinder will i have to bleed the whole system again? isnt some more air bound to get into the lines between the master cylinder -brake line connection? and if-when that happens will the new air bubbles go to the nearest outlet or spread through the the differential valve and go where it may? thanks. ( hardknocks )
