bloody power steering belt... 200

Alright, it appears that you have to pull the A/C belt to get to the power steering belt, Since the A/C compressor has a double pulley. Thats all great and wonderful, but i can't get the A/C belt off! I have tryed everything that i can think of, but there seems the is something holding it back, so i can only get a little slack. And yes i did loosen up all of the bolts, even the one that is hidden. TO make things easier i have even remove the PS pump, to get that out of the way. Is there a easier way of doing this? If so PLEASE tell me. I been workin on this now for about 2 hours, and its starting to get dark.... I wouldn't think it would be all all "nighter" for the PS belt....

Thanks in advance,
Blake
