Parts/opinions for B234 T-belt Change? 900

Based on what I have read on the FAQ, I have come up with a small list of things to buy for a t-belt change on a 1992 944GLE with a B234F(auto tensioner):

T-belt
Balance shaft belt
All Accessory belts
Oil Pump bolt

I am wondering if it is recommended to replace the plastic upper/lower timing cover, auto tensioner, front oil seals, and all pulleys even if there are no visible signs of any damage? Which of these parts should be included in the must replace list that I have already highlighted.

I ask since these parts can substantially increase the price of the T-belt change but I understand that this engine is inherently more expensive to maintain.

Thanks in advance before I take on this adventure!!

Tim.
