K Cam in a B20E 140-160

The 'K' grind is exceedingly similar to the 'D' grind which is OE fitting to the earlier (up to 73) B20E engines. Same lift, same timing, just 3 degrees less duration for a tiny bt less overlap. It was just a minor tweak which traded a minute bit of higher rpm power for a small increase in low rpm emissions. I doubt you would be able to tell the difference between the two if you swapped them. It shouldn't have any adverse affect whatsoever.
