Hello,

I have been using the Volvo dealership here for service. [Darrell Waltrip/Franklin] I am finding that I am less and less pleased with their lack of attention to detail in maintaining older Volvos. They seem to just want to sell me a new one and be done with it.

I am really happy with my '96 960, do not want a newer one, and want to keep it in good condition. I need to find a good Volvo mechanic in the area and am rather at a loss as to who might be best since Anderfield's is now out of business and the gentleman who worked on my past 740 has left town.

Hermitage/Mt. Juliet area would be most convenient, but a quality Volvo mechanic I feel like I can trust is much more important than distance of drive.

Any ideas or suggestions?
