strut mount bearings vs. mount bushing - how do I test? 200 1981

Hi ya'll - lost my last post. sorry if this is a duplicate. Is there any test I can do to see if it's my upper strut mount bearings or my upper mount bushing that's bad? (Given my luck it's both!) The bushing should probably be replaced anyway. It's dry and pulling away. I found the strut inserts I need and the upper mounts, but no source yet for the rubber bushing unless I don't recognize what it's being called online (tried ipd, fcp groton, eeuroparts.) Any suggestions for a supplier?
