Flame Trap 900 1994

I recently took my 1994 940 in for routine maintenance. I was told that the flame trap box was leaking and needed to be resealed for $215. There is evidence of a slight leak on the floor of the garage.

I'm wondering if it makes more sense to replace the flame trap since the car has 85,000 miles on it and this has never been done. Also, $215 sounds a bit steep for simply resealing. Any suggestions and comments would be appreciated.

Thanks.

L
