91 240 speaker/ antenna questions 200

I've searched the archives, but haven't seen this covered.

Is there a way to test a power antenna MOTOR? My daughter's antenna mast was broken at the car wash, so I went to Pick and Pull for a replacent antenna. I found several in the fully closed positions and thought they'd probably work since antennas usually break in the up position. I installed 3 and none of them moved. The antenna portions tested good (using Bentley as a guide). Any ideas? Can the motors be serviced?

While I was at pnp, I found a recent arrival with Volvo speakers in the back shelf and a fader switch in the dash. (Our 91 240 has speakers in all four doors, no fader, and an after-market receiver.) I picked up those goodies because I had never seen them before, but I'm not sure how to install them. Help!
