That's pretty close to the original scam, which was the alleged widow of a deposed president (king?) wanting to retrieve funds from abroad. You gotta figure that the average annual income in Nigeria would buy about two Mocha's from Starbucks here, so anyone who pulls off the scam is set for years. I've seen people fall for it...

I think the best thing to do is simply to ignore and delete, like any other spam.
