140/160 transmissions 120-130

Hi, i have a question about fitting a hevy duty manual 140/160 gearbox to my 1968 122 amazon with a b18b engine (tuned to 150+ hp), will the 'box bolt straight on, is it the same lenght, will i have to modifiy the tunnel? also is this a full 5speed or a 4sp overdrive and last of all is it worth it durability wise?
any idea or thoughts will be greatly apreciated, regards
