Fabing a Aluminum Cold Air Intake For N/A 89 Wagon......Pt. 1 200

Hello everyone,

I am a Ford Focus owner, which I am building for autoXing as it is no longer the family car. (VOLVO is now) And my fellow local Foci owner recieved a short ram alum. tube, and also the AEM long tube CAI setup. I shall be cutting this, utilizing the bends in it to form a Alum. piping setup for the volvo wagon. I have not decided on using stock airbox as of yet, or I could run into the lower engine pan area for air induction. I shall take photos along the way and show the bends i choose and how i will reroute the lines entering the stock intake tubing (flamebox tube etc...) If anyone else has done this before let me see some pictures of finalized product so maybe i can change or use some good info. I am not making a ghetto looking setup, I also will strain for the best looking finished product....Remember this will be for a N/A 2.3L and not a turbo setup. Thanks everyone I hope to get working on it this weekend....

Picture included is available tubing i have, plus this similar setup as well to work with:
