93 with no power 200

I have a 93 240 wagon. I owned an 84 wagon for 10 years.
This wagon has far less horsepower. This one is an automatic which hurts but
still has trouble going up hills. I tuned it, plugs, filters etc.
only 115K miles on it. Does anyone have any tips for improving the horsepower?
Clogged catalytic converter? Other tune up items that may help?
Any ideas and thoughts are appreciated.
