87 240 eng cuts out 200 1987

I have an 87 240 wagon with 115,000 miles on it. When driving, the engine will just die and idle only. It will not take any gas at all. If you turn the ignition off and on real quick the engine takes off and runs fine. It does this one or two days a week but not all the time. I just replaced the plugs, wires, dist cap & rotor which it needed regardless. I also replaced the AMM with a used one and replaced the flame trap. The in-tank pump and relay were replaced about 2000 miles ago. The car runs very good, it just every now and then decides not to take any fuel and will only idle. I am thinking of replacing the throttle switch next.
Any ideas?
