Turbo exhaust or IPD sport 200

Need to put a new converter on my 240 and was going to either put the IPD sport or a turbo exhaust. With the turbo I think you need some kind of adapter to convert from 2" to 2 1/4". The turbo setup would cost a bit less. Anyone have experience or feedback on this? Which setup is noisier?
