Fuel injector relay missing 900 1995

Non Turbo 940 Year 1995

Is it possible that my car (or model) does not have a fuel injector relay.
I pulled the cigarette lighter box out to inspect the relays panel and I'm certain there is no white or green fuel relay.
The slot in front of that big green relay(which I presume is the bulb relay) is empty.

If indeed a fuel relay is not necessary, then how is the fuel current regulated?
Or has someone, probably my mechanic took it out and substitute it with some fancy wiring?

Please advise.

Thanks again

Laozong
