No Power in Instrument Cluster 200

Hello All,

I attempted to fix my temperature gauge problem last night by using the jumper wire method between terminals 1 and 3. I assembled everything with caution and made sure all connections were correct and tight. This morning, however, the cluster was completely dead when I reinstalled it. I removed it and checked to see if the wires where connected properly, which they were. I also reinstalled the temperature compensation board. There are no bad fuses. The only light that comes on is the orange overdrive signal. Does anyone have any idea as to what might be the problem?

Thank you!!
