Help identifying 1000132 cam and unknown K-jet idle gizmo

Hi,

1) I have a 740 with a B23E transplanted from a Swiss 1984 740, which according to
http://hem.passagen.se/arrowsmiths/volvomotorer.html has a specal spec.

Mine has a 1000132 cam (in a 1000398 head). Which "letter" cam does this correspond to?

2) Also, this engine has a little housing bolted on to the side of the throttle body which has an idle adjust thumb wheel as well as a Pierburg (marked /can't remember/ 3339) device which works as a solenoid but the tip of which doesn't visibly open or close when powered. I am not sure where this fits into the terminology as it doesn't seem to fit the descriptions of a constant idle or IAC motor.

Thanks for any comments.
