91 740 no start 700

My 200k 1991 740 will not start today. It drove fine last night, absolutely no problems. The engine turns over fine, sparks are fine, fuses fine, relays fine. I have come to my wits end trying to figure it out. I am thinking fuel pump, because I no longer hear the pump run when I turn the ignition key. I am wondering if the pump could be frozen up, but the temps did not go below 20 degrees last night and besides its gas not water going through it, right. Any ideas would be appreciated.
