manifold bolt torque 1800 1972

What is the torque spec for the manifold bolts on a b20F? I have been going through gaskets one a year. I'm replacing it again along with new bolts and I'm thinking that maybe I'm not torquing them down enough. Any tricks on geting a torque wrench into those tight spots would be apreciated.
