Calling all Regina owners- do you have Bendix DEKA fuel injectors like I do? 700 1990

I cleaned the grease off my yellow top injectors and found the following:
Bendix DEKA, and on the other side this number- 1389563. I used to think I had Bosch injectors. If they are not Bosch, but Bendix, does anyone know a source for them? Thanks in advance,
