Fuel pressure ? 700

Im pretty sure this is correct, but just wanted a second opinion, as any good mechanic would. 1990 765 turbo.
39 PSI at idle with vacuum on the regulator
47 PSI without vacuum
55 PSI at full boost (about 9 PSI if i remember correctly)

(the full boost pressure may be a bit low when i think about it....but remember, I'm dealing with a black smoke problem at full throttle, and a pinging problem), ive got a friends with a good AMM...Im gonna swap that next. Oh ya, NO VACUUM LEAKS :P just thought I'd throw that in.
