red dash light 120-130

You should be getting your voltmeter and finding out what is/is not going on.
Voltage in the charging system with engine running should be 13-14 volts.
Make sure all the wires are properly connected.
If voltage is 12.5 or less you have a charging problem. Pull the generator
and get Auto Zone or other parts house to test it.
If it tests good it is probably the regulator.

It could also be a fuse box problem, blown fuse or bad fuse connection.
First thing there is to look at the fuses and see if they all look OK.
Turn (roll) them all in their holders and if one is loose, bend the clips
so they are tight, and take your pocket knife and scrape surfaces shiny.
If the turn signal triggers weird stuff on the amp light, it is almost
certainly a fuse problem because they are on the same circuit.
