89' 240 DL wagon : Power windows 200 1989

I just bought the 89' 240DL wagon last week. Everything is ok for its age except that the power windows dont seem to work. I mean all power window switches just dont work. The fuse still looks good to me. Is it possible that the switches are broken/dirty? Or the problem is elsewhere?
