any ideas? still having problems....86 740t 700

Ok, everything ran great for awhile and then the problems came back.

I have replaced the voltage regulator, replaced electrical part to my ignition switch, alt. & battery are ok, checked wires & grounds, fuses, relays, hoses - all ok.

Car was running fine. Left it for Thanksgiving week (of course I wanted to take him for the 10 hr ride...), When I started the car up on my return the voltage gauge was past the 10 red line again. Now, my radio doesn't work, my lights don't work etc. I can get the car to start but it doesn't want to really go anyware.

What ever the problem is it is intermittent. Is there anything else that may be affecting the charging system from working correctly?

Thanks... I really need to figure this out. It is driving me crazy!!! I need my car and am just about at wits end...

Anastasia
