Windshield washer 700 1990

There is a little red and black "T" (actually it's more like an "F") under the hood where the tube splits off to the two nozzles. There is a little one-way valve in there that likes to crud up. It's a three dollar part, and is tested easily enough by replacing it with a "T" that doesn't have the valve. If it is the culprit, and you live in a cold area, spend the few bucks to get a new one as some have reported freezing nozzles without the one-way valve.
