'79' 245 looking for parts source 200

I'm looking for a couple parts and was hoping someone would have a source. I replaced one of the tailgate hinges and now the rubber bumper "gizmo" which is on the bottom of the tailgate is scrunched from the hinge being broken for so long... my tailgate is making quite the racket so I need to replace it (at least I hope that ends the racket). This car has a manual transmission, when I put the car in reverse the little "jobber" on the shifter (which you pull up to put it into reverse) stays up and you have to push it down manually in order to put the car into first, I'm guessing there must be a spring either broken or missing so I'm looking for instructions/words of wisdom/a source for that part, etc. as well.
