rough idle air leak????How yo find? 200 1984

A twits end here, I think I have a air leak (false air), but canot find anything wrong.
The idle is very rough, hot or cold. Runs fine above idle.
O2 sensor new and reading near 0 volts, AMM adjusted to max rich (CW).
Clamping vacuum hoses off has no effect (to ICU, charcoal canister, FPR, heater controls). Clamping idle air motor hose has no effect either.
Have tried propane around the intake gasket but no effect, but then again I pulled off a vacuum hose and tried adding propane there to no effect either.
Antway anyone knows to be sure this is a false air leak problem and a method for tracking it down?
