Hello Jay:

Fuel pressure regulator-- I paid $36 for one from FCP Groton. It takes 20 minutes to install. Then change your plugs and your oil and you should be good to go...

Any signs of FPR failure like gas in the vacuum line? Another possibility is a leaky injector, but my money would be on the FPR!
