front bearings - need to replace? 200

I think my front right bearings might be bad.
After jacking up the front right tire and using the jiggle test, I think there is a slight amount of play. I could tighten the bearings down a bit furthure, but at 150K it might be time to replace it anyway.

It seems that the bearings are not expensive. 26 for SKF oem bearings kit or 18 bucks for Japanese bearings it.

How hard is it to change the inner bearing? The outside bearing is a piece of cake.

Do I need a press or other fancy tool?
