front bearings - need to replace? 200

Yes, but I would clarify that if you don't know for sure that your bearings have been maintained for all of the 150K miles, you will want to remove them and clean them before re-packing them. Just packing grease into the hubs won't be enough IMO. Just like with oil changes, it's the dirt and metal shavings that will do your bearings in more than the deterioration of the grease.
