What's involved in converting my '81 85mph speedo to one with 120mph markings. Anyone who has driven in California recently knows that 85mph is just cruising speed ;-)

Can the speedometer be swapped out, or would it be easier to replace the entire cluster? I assume there must be s sender somewhere that would have to be changed.
